About the project

Repositioning a technology brand through integrated product, brand, and web design

SolveIQ, formerly Asurvio, had developed a powerful suite of tools for driver management and optimization but was limited by an outdated digital presence and fragmented messaging. The project encompassed a full rebrand, the redesign of their desktop software experience, and the creation of an entirely new website to unify their consumer and enterprise offerings under a modern, credible identity.

While the company’s B2C product was profitable, they aimed to expand into the B2B space, targeting OEMs and software providers. The redesign needed to elevate the brand’s trust and usability while clarifying its value across audiences. Through extensive user interviews, stakeholder discussions, and a full site audit, major challenges were identified around brand perception, product value, and user trust. These insights informed a set of key personas that shaped the strategy and guided every layer of design, from product interface to messaging tone.

Defining Structure and Flow

The brand architecture was revisited to clarify the relationship between SolveIQ and its consumer The brand architecture was revisited to clarify the relationship between SolveIQ and its consumer product, DriverSupport. The new structure established a unified brand while creating purposeful pathways for both consumer and enterprise audiences.

Content and messaging were refined to build credibility and highlight tangible benefits such as optimization, malware defense, and performance support. Based on user journeys and personas developed early in the process, I collaborated with the UX team to define a new sitemap and set of wireframes that streamlined navigation and improved key interactions, including installation and onboarding. These refinements helped reduce confusion and support requests while reinforcing user confidence.

Establishing the Visual System

The visual direction emphasized trust, clarity, and technological sophistication. The interface adopted a clean, responsive design system that reflected SolveIQ’s technical expertise while remaining accessible to a broad audience.

Personalization was implemented to tailor content based on user intent, guiding both consumers and enterprise clients toward relevant actions. The refreshed brand identity introduced a new logo, approachable typography, and custom illustrations to humanize the technology and build connection through visual warmth.

High fidelity prototypes were developed to demonstrate scroll based animations, transitions, and microinteractions that gave the interface depth and interactivity. These prototypes communicated the motion behavior and visual rhythm that defined the final experience.

Delivering a Unified System

The desktop software was redesigned in tandem with the website to deliver a cohesive experience across platforms. Core workflows were simplified, frequently used tools were surfaced, and the interface was refined for clarity, consistency, and performance.

The result was a fully integrated digital ecosystem encompassing brand identity, product experience, and web presence. Together, these elements strengthened SolveIQ’s positioning across consumer and enterprise markets, improved user engagement, and established a scalable foundation for future growth.

By redefining the brand and unifying its digital touchpoints, SolveIQ evolved from a single product company into a credible, future focused technology partner.
