About the project

Sensis needed a website redesign that reflected the agency’s evolution and positioned it more clearly as a data-driven, integrated marketing agency. The existing site no longer matched the agency’s energy, breadth of work, or brand expression. The project called for a visual overhaul that could better communicate creative capabilities, improve clarity across content, and offer a scalable foundation for future growth.

As the agency’s internal Digital Design Director, I led the redesign from concept to execution. The project required a bold, flexible design system that could express the agency’s identity with both confidence and restraint. Large typography, intentional negative space, and a minimalist aesthetic were used to bring structure and clarity to the site — while providing space to prominently highlight the agency’s case studies and research.

Internal stakeholder interviews helped clarify priorities and align the design with strategic goals. High-fidelity prototypes were used throughout the process to communicate interactive behavior and functionality to the development team. Custom illustrations were created to add visual character and distinction while supporting key messaging. A scalable design system was developed to preserve brand integrity while giving the internal team flexibility to build and expand the site over time.

The redesigned site delivered a cleaner, more focused digital presence that better represented the agency’s evolving identity. The modular design system gave the internal team flexibility to build and manage content with ease, while maintaining brand consistency. Strategic use of negative space, custom illustrations, and subtle motion created a polished, intuitive experience across devices. The improved structure and visual clarity helped elevate the agency’s case studies and insights, reinforcing its position as a leader in data-driven, integrated marketing.
